We would like to thank our patients who are staying at home as much as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand, however, that it may be tough staying at home for prolonged periods of time. Here are a few resources and things that we can all try to do to cope while we are at home.
During this critical time, it’s essential to keep up with maintaining your oral health. If your oral care routine needed improvement before, now is a great time to work on improving it. It is recommended that you brush your teeth at least twice daily. Be sure to brush one time in the morning and before you to bed. Don’t forget to floss as well before going to bed to remove any stuck food from your teeth. Brushing and flossing before going to bed to remove food particles is most important.
Some companies have been offering free time-limited trials or temporarily making some of their paid services for free during COVID-19. Please be aware that some trials do require your credit card information to activate them, so be sure to read all terms and conditions before signing up.
